Where is his best future lies?

A super potential Argentine who promises to be great in years to come. After the youth world cup where he showed his talent and got Argentina the crown, he is a topic of much discussion. No disrespect to Athletico madrid, but its not the ideal place for such a talented player. He is destined to join some big gun sooner than later. What should be his best option though. EPL does not suit the Argentines, Italy is a tough place and Spain has little option for him. Where should he go now?
