Andrés Franzoia biography
Andrés Franzoia (born October 21 1985 in San Pedro, Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province) is an Argentina football (soccer) midfielder. He currently plays for Rosario Central of the Primera Division Argentina.
Franzoia is a product of the Boca Juniors youth system, he made his professional debut 0n May 29 2005 in a 0-0 draw with Estudiantes de La Plata. In his second game for the club he scored a goal in a remarkable 7-1 win over San Lorenzo.
Franzoia had a number of opportunities to play in the first team with Jorge José Benítez and Ricardo Lavolpe as managers, but only played one game since Miguel Angel Russo took over.
In 2007 he joined Club Atlético Huracán on a year long loan, he performed well, scoring 9 goals in 25 games to help the club to finish well clear of the relegation zone following their promotion to the Argentine Primera.
