Pablo Alvarado biography

Pablo Alvarado is an Argentina football (soccer) defender. He was born on February 27 1986, in the city of Calafate in the Santa Cruz Province of Argentina. He currently plays for Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro of the Primera Division Argentina.

Alvarado came through the youth system at Comisión de Actividades Infantiles Comodoro Rivadavia in Comodoro Rivadavia before being signed by San Lorenzo in 2004.

Alvarado has become a regular first team player for San Lorenzo, he has shown great versatility, being used in the defence, on the right wing and in central midfield. In 2007 he helped the club to win the 2006-2007 in Argentine football tournament.

International career

Alverado represented the Argentine national football team at under-17 level, but has yet to receive a call up to a more senior level.
