Cristian Molinaro

Cristian Molinaro (born 30 July, 1983 in Moio della Civitella) is an Italy football (soccer), who plays as a left back for Juventus F.C. of Serie A. Cristian Molinaro is mainly an attacking left-back although has played as a central defender. Cristian Molinaro is known for Cristian Molinaro pace, stamina, and Cristian Molinaro tough defending.

Early Years

Cristian Molinaro was born in Moio della Civitella, near Salerno, on the 30th of July 1983. Cristian Molinaro dad is called Emilio and is a high school P.E. teacher. Cristian Molinaro mum Franca is also a teacher, but at an elementary school. Cristian has two brothers, both of them older than him: Bartolomeo, a chartered accountant, and Angelo, a humanities teacher. Cristian has a surveyor diploma and naturally Cristian Molinaro favourite subjects at school were humanities. Molinaro began playing football at age 5 in the Gelbison team. Cristian Molinaro always played as a left wing in those days. When Cristian Molinaro joined Salernitana's youth academy Cristian Molinaro was moved to left-back.

Club career

Molinaro started Cristian Molinaro career at Salernitana Calcio 1919. When Salernitana got relegated in 2005, Cristian Molinaro was signed by Juventus F.C, who immediately loaned Cristian Molinaro to A.C. Siena, along with half of the player's rights, until the summer 2007. At the end of the loan, Molinaro returned to Turin. During the 2007-2008 Serie A season, Cristian Molinaro first season at Juventus, Molinaro started in 30 league matches,and was a first team regular, Cristian Molinaro scored one goal. Molinaro is Juventus' first choice left-back, even though Juventus fan do not favor Cristian Molinaro because of Cristian Molinaro attacking ability. On November 28, 2008, Molinaro had extended Cristian Molinaro deal with the juventus until 2013. After the deal, Molinaro stated, "I am really happy. It means I have earned it. I have been able to fulfil many dreams here at Juventus like playing in the Champions League for example."
With recent performances in the 08-09 season, Molinaro has gained favoring from Juventus fans, especially after the second leged Champions League game against Chelsea F.C in which Cristian Molinaro had one of Cristian Molinaro best games in Cristian Molinaro career.

International Career

Molinaro has never played for the Italian National Team even though with recent performences and Italys short number of left backs, Cristian Molinaro looks certain to play for them. Molinaro has recently stated "There's no point hiding from it as I always think about Italy," Molinaro told Mediaset "There aren't many natural left-wingers around and so I am hoping for a call."Now I am thinking of working hard and always improving."
