Slavkovski currentlys plays for Internazionale Milano F.C.. His nickname is "Zlatan Ibrahimović the second", because of their roots in the Balkans, and playing for FBK Balkan and Malmö FF.

Goran Slavkovski (Macedonian language Cyrillic alphabet: Горан Славковски) (born 8 April 1989, in Skravlinge, Sweden) is a Swedish people football (soccer) player with Macedonians (ethnic group) origins. Slavkovski currentlys plays for Internazionale Milano F.C.. His nickname is "Zlatan Ibrahimović the second", because of their roots in the Balkans, and playing for FBK Balkan and Malmö FF.
He made his first team debut at the age of 17 years and one month on May 7, 2006 in a Serie A league match against A.C. Siena, taking the field at the 83rd minute, thus becoming the youngest footballer ever to play for Inter Milan. Previously, this record was owned by Giuseppe Bergomi.
He made his Coppa Italia debut against F.C. Messina Peloro, 29 November, 2006. He was also recently linked with English giants Manchester United F.C].
After signing a new contract, current Internazionale Milano F.C. coach, Roberto Mancini, has been quoted in saying that within 7 years he will be the "world's best player".

Recently the media was talking about a "war" going on between the Macedonian, Swedish and even the Croatian football federation, all in attempt to get him to join their national football teams. Slavkovski and his father have stated that it would be an honour to play for his country of origin, Macedonia, but still had not made up his mind yet. Goran Slavkovski also received an invitation by the Macedonian Prime Minister to attend a meeting on his chances for playing in the Macedonian national football team. On February 24 a statement had been released by his family that he will play for the Macedonian under 21 and is expected to make his debut late in March when Macedonia U21 take on Albania's youngsters
