Simone Fautario (born 12 February, 1987 in Milan) is an Italy football (soccer) Defender (football). He currently plays for A.C. Pistoiese on loan from F.C. Internazionale Milano.

Simone Fautario (born 12 February, 1987 in Milan) is an Italy football (soccer) Defender (football). He currently plays for A.C. Pistoiese on loan from F.C. Internazionale Milano.
He was the captain of Primavera team in 2006-07 season.
He joined Inter since 1998 from U.S. Nuovo Calcio Milano. He played few pre-season friendly matches, and made his first team debut against F.C. Messina Peloro, 29 November, 2006.
He spent the 2007–08 season on loan to Serie C1 clubs A.C. Pro Sesto (from September to December) and A.C. Pistoiese (from January to June). On July 2008, Inter confirmed to have extended his loan to Pistoiese, also announcing the Tuscan club will have the option to make the deal permanent.
