Wade Patrick Elliott (born 14 December, 1978 in Southampton, England) is an England professional association football, playing for the Football League Championship team Burnley F.C.. He plays mainly as a right Midfielder Winger but can play as a Defender (football) Fullback.

He started his career as a stirker for Hampshire Schoolboys
Bournemouth
He joined A.F.C. Bournemouth around February 2000, while playing for Bashley F.C. he was spotted by ex-Liverpool player Jimmy Case who organized a trial match for him at Bournemouth , he then trained with them over the Christmas holidays and signed for them in February . Bournemouth paid Bashley a transfer fee of around £5,000.
Burnley
He transferred to Burnley F.C. in the summer of 2005 as a Bosman ruling, joining on a 3 year deal from A.F.C. Bournemouth along with team-mate Garreth O'Connor. He was signed because Steve Cotterill had been impressed with his performance when Burnley played Bournemouth in an FA Cup match, he then kept tabs on the player until the end of the season. During the 2005-06 season he made a total of 36 league appearances for the club, with around half of those as a sub.
