Career

Kabba started his career at Crystal Palace F.C. but struggled to get into the team, making just 11 appearances in 4 seasons and scoring 1 goal. He was loaned out to Luton Town F.C. in 2001-02 in English football making 3 appearances as a substitute but it was during another loan spell at Grimsby Town F.C. the following season that he finally made his mark with 6 goals in 14 games.

In November 2002, shortly after his loan spell finished, Kabba joined Sheffield United F.C. for £250,000. In his first season his 11 goals in 33 games assisted the team in reaching two domestic cup semi-finals and the Football League First Division play-off final.

After this successful first season his career was interrupted by a sequence of leg injuries allowing him just one appearance as a substitute in over a year. He returned to fitness at the end of 2004-05 in English football Football League Championship season.

On December 22 2006, Kabba was placed on the transfer list along with 7 other players. He joined Watford for an initial fee of £500,000 (which is expected to rise to £750,000) on 26 January 2007, after signing a two and a half year contract. He never started a Premiership games for the Blades, his last appearance being as a substitute against West Ham United F.C. in November 2006.

On January 31, 2007 he played his first Premiership match for Watford against Manchester United F.C.. On 2 February 2008 Kabba scored his first goal in nearly two years in a 3–0 league win over Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C..

On 11 July 2008 Kabba joined Blackpool F.C. on loan until 1 January, 2009. After suffering an injury he finally made his debut for the club as a 90th minute substitute on 16 August in a 1-1 draw away at Norwich City F.C..
