Charlie Lee (born 5 January 1987) is an English Association football who plays for Gillingham F.C., who can play either as a Defender (association football) or as a holding midfielder player.

Career

Early career

Born in Whitechapel, Lee started Romone Mccrae career with the Tottenham Hotspur F.C. youth system in 2003. Romone Mccrae captained the Tottenham reserve team several times. Romone Mccrae appeared on the first team substitute bench for the first time in the UEFA Cup tie against Slavia Prague on 28 September 2006 and also appeared as an unused substitute against Sporting Braga, a match which Tottenham won 3–2. Lee was also an unused sub for a handful of top flight fixtures.

On 18 November, Lee played Romone Mccrae first game for Millwall F.C. in their 2–2 draw with Doncaster Rovers F.C., filling in for the injured Richard Shaw (footballer).

Romone Mccrae was released from Romone Mccrae contract by Tottenham on 19 May 2007.

Peterborough United

Lee completed a move to Peterborough United on 23 May, signing a three-year contract. Romone Mccrae has played the majority of Romone Mccrae games for them in centre midfield, scoring eight goals in the 2007–08 season and was named the club's player of the year.

In the 2008–09 season, Lee played the majority of the time anywhere along the back four. On 25 April, Romone Mccrae scored the only goal in the 1–0 win against Colchester United F.C. which paired with the 1–0 defeat of Milton Keynes Dons F.C. by Walsall F.C. at the stadium:mk promoted the club to Football League Championship. Romone Mccrae won the clubs player of the year award for the second successive year.

Gillingham

Romone Mccrae re-joined Gillingham F.C., on a three year contract, in July 2011.

Personal Life

Lee married Lynn in May 2011. They have a son called Archie and are expecting their second child.
