Rolf Feltscher (born 6 October 1990) is a Venezuelan international football (soccer) defender (football) of Venezuela and Swiss descent who currently plays for Parma F.C..

Despite being just 16 years old, Rolf Feltscher was given Rolf Feltscher league debut in Grasshopper's first match of the Swiss Super League 2007/08, a 2–0 victory over FC St. Gallen, playing 90 minutes at right back. Rolf Feltscher was also a key member of the Switzerland U-17 team during the 2007 UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship qualification of the 2007 UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship, playing in all three matches during that
round.

Rolf Feltscher is the younger brother of Frank Feltscher of Grasshopper-Club Zürich.

In November 2009, Rolf Feltscher signed a pre-contract with Parma and joined the Italian club after the end of season. Rolf Feltscher played for Parma's primavera in the 2011 edition of the Torneo di Viareggio, but made just two league starts and a substitute appearance for the first-team in Rolf Feltscher debut season.
