Luis García Fernández
Luis García Fernández (born Oviedo, Asturias, February 6 1981), commonly referred to as Luis García, is a Football in Spain footballer who currently plays for RCD Espanyol. García began his career as a junior at Real Madrid C. He then played for Real Madrid Castilla, Real Murcia and RCD Mallorca, before signing for RCD Espanyol in 2005. During his debut season with RCD Espanyol he played 49 games in all competitions and scored 14 goals. In the 2006 Copa del Rey 2005/2006 final García scored twice as RCD Espanyol defeated Real Zaragoza 4-1. On May 30th, 2007, after a remarkable season for UEFA-Cup finalists Espanyol, he got his first call up for the Spanish national team under coach Luis Aragones.
