César Sánchez Domínguez (born September 2, 1971 in Cáceres, Extremadura) is a Spain goalkeeper, who currently plays for Real Zaragoza. In the 2001/2002 season, César started 5 out of 9 Champions League games for Real Madrid during their victorious european campaign, including the final, where he was substituted by Iker Casillas, after getting injured. Played in Real Madrid from 2000 to 2005, earning 1 cap with Spain national football team in 2000. Grew up as a player in Real Valladolid (1991-00).
