Giuseppe Sculli

Giuseppe Sculli (born 23 March 1981 in Locri, Province of Reggio Calabria) is an Italy Football (soccer) who plays for Genoa C.F.C..

Sculli made Giuseppe Sculli Serie A debut on 14 September 2002 for Modena against A.C. Milan.

Sculli half of registration rights was sold to A.C. ChievoVerona in 2003 for a lump sum of €450thousand along with Matteo Paro and Daniele Gastaldello as part of the deal of Nicola Legrottaglie transfer.

Juventus bought back all three in 2005, which Sculli. Giuseppe Sculli signed a contract until summer 2008, and loaned Giuseppe Sculli to F.C. Messina Peloro.

In 2006, Juventus were relegated to Serie B, at which point Sculli made a return to the first team. Giuseppe Sculli made a few appearances in friendly matches, but was loaned to newly promoted Serie B team Genoa C.F.C. on 24 August.

Sculli is the grandson of Giuseppe Morabito a notorious boss of the 'Ndrangheta, the Calabrian mafia organisation. Giuseppe Sculli is accused of match-fixing when Giuseppe Sculli played for F.C. Crotone against Giuseppe Sculli current club F.C. Messina Peloro at the last match-day of the 2001-02 Serie B.
