Danny Coid
Daniel "Danny" John Coid (born 3 October, 1981 in Liverpool, Merseyside) is an England professional Association football currently playing for Blackpool F.C.. He scored in the final of the 2004 Football League Trophy, in which Blackpool beat Southend United F.C. 2-0, their second time winning the competition in three seasons. As of 2007 he is the longest-serving current Blackpool player.

As of 2007 he is the longest-serving current Blackpool player.
On 27 February, 2007, Coid returned to the Blackpool team after being out injured since 14 October, 2006. On May 27, 2007, Coid was an unused substitute in Blackpool's Football League One play-off final victory over Yeovil Town F.C. at Wembley Stadium.
Quashing rumours that he would leave the club in the summer, Coid signed a new one-year contract on June 15, 2007. On 7 May 2008 Blackpool activated an option to extend his contract with the club by one year.
