Blerim Rrustemi
Blerim Rrustemi (born February 4, 1983, Vučitrn) is an Albanian people football (soccer)er, who plays as a defender. He holds Albanian and Canadian people passport. Though born in Kosovo, like many other Kosovo-born players of Albanian ethnicity, he decided on joining the Albania national football team. His debut came in the friendly against the England B national football team team. Rrustemi likes to play as a defensive midfielder, but currently plays defense for Alki Larnaca and national team.

His debut came in the friendly against the England B national football team team. Rrustemi likes to play as a defensive midfielder, but currently plays defense for Alki Larnaca and national team.
As a youngster, he has attended and played for Weston Collegiate Institute high-school in Toronto, Canada. While in Toronto, he has played for the Toronto Supra in 1999-2000 and the Azzuri in 2001-2002 which are both teams of the Canadian Professional Soccer League. He has also played for different Albanian teams in Toronto. He has played in South America for Portuguesa of Brasil 2000-2001 and Defensor Sporting of Uruguay in 2002-2003. From 2004-2006 he transferred to Europe to play for the well-known German team Borussia Mönchengladbach.
