Andrew Steven Jackson (born January 9, 1988 in Falkirk) is a Scotland-born Republic of Ireland football (soccer)er, currently playing for St. Johnstone F.C. after progressing through the club's youth ranks.
Jackson made his league debut on August 14 2004, in St. Johnstone's 3-1 defeat to Queen of the South F.C. at McDiarmid Park.
During the 2005/06 season, Jackson was loaned out to Cowdenbeath F.C., with whom he scored four goals in thirteen league appearances, and Forfar Athletic F.C., scoring five goals in thirteen appearances.
On September 5 2007, Jackson scored his first senior goal for St. Johnstone in their 2-0 victory over Ross County F.C. in the Scottish Challenge Cup.
He has represented the Republic of Ireland national football team at under-18 and under-19 level.
