Jarl André Storbæk (born 21 September 1978) is a Norwegian football player. He's currently playing right back for Vålerenga I.F. Fotball of the Norwegian Premier League, has several international appearances for Norway national football team and has now tightened his grip on a regular position on the team.

He came from Hamarkameratene after the Norwegian Premier League 2005. He has also played for Raufoss I.L., Østre Trysil and Nybergsund I.L..
