Daniel Andersson
Daniel Andersson ['daːnijɛl 'ɑndɛ(r)ʃɔn] (born August 28, 1977 in Borgeby) is a Sweden soccer midfielder. He has played 41 international matches for the Sweden national football team, and was a squad player for the 2000 European Football Championship, the 2002 FIFA World Cup and the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

Daniel Andersson ['daːnijɛl 'ɑndɛ(r)ʃɔn] (born August 28, 1977 in Borgeby) is a Sweden soccer midfielder. He has played 41 international matches for the Sweden national football team, and was a squad player for the 2000 European Football Championship, the 2002 FIFA World Cup and the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
He played for Bjärreds IF as a youngster, but joined Malmö FF in 1994. He gradually became a star in the Allsvenskan, and was bought by Italian Serie A outfit AS Bari. After three seasons he moved on and played in three other Italian clubs, with varying luck. He therefore returned to Malmö FF in 2004 together with former teammate Yksel Osmanovski.
Daniel Andersson is the son of Roy Andersson (footballer) and the younger brother of Patrik Andersson.
