Samir Beloufa
Samir Beloufa () (born August 27, 1979 in Melun, near Paris, France) is a French-Algerian football (soccer) player for the Sweden side Helsingborgs IF of the top Allsvenskan league. He transferred to Helsingborg from the Belgium club K.V.C. Westerlo in March 2007. He also played with R.E. Mouscron and K.F.C. Germinal Beerschot in Belgium. In Italy Serie A he played with A.C. Milan for season 1997-98 and for A.C. Monza Brianza 1912 in Serie B.

He was part of the Algerian 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished second in their group in the first round of competition before being defeated by Morocco national football team in the quarter-finals.
